Reporting to the Manager of SYSTEMS AND ENGINEERING, the SE Level 0/1/2/3/4 has as primary responsibilities: effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure and new services development.
The SE ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, member-clients, and Technology Partners to conduct their business activities. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the initiation and planning phases of our standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions and on-going services escalation. Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life cycle.
This individual is accountable for the following systems: Networking, Linux and Windows operating system and applications systems that support GLESEC's infrastructure and clients; Cloud based services and any other system that requires a System Administrator role will be considered for inclusion; responsibilities on these systems include system administration engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation and proper operation.
The level of knowledge and experience determine the level of responsibility in managing the systems and analysis of the information as described below. The System Administrator is required to keep up to date the ticketing system and other reporting systems of the company, and he/she is expected to maintain the level of knowledge and training certifications required by the company.

Engineer for Global Operations Center
Primary responsibilities for the Engineer for Global Operations Centermonitoring of security events and system events, remediation of vulnerabilities, mitigation of attacks following rules of engagement and playbooks, consultation to external and internal clients of the company and the support of all the corresponding security controls, and products, maintaining proper documentation of all cases, following department operating procedures and preparation of reports for member-clients. The level of knowledge and experience determine the level of responsibility in as described below.
Requirements
The GOC Engineer needs to have an Engineer or equivalent degree. Strong knowledge in WAN, LAN, TCP/IP and User level for Unix OS and Microsoft Windows OS and basic concepts of cybersecurity. Very good writing and communication skills required.

The Account Manager will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or account management of IT security technology plus excellent communication and sales skills. The Account Manager should also have strong Computer Skills, Project Management skills and sales automation and reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

The overall responsibility of the Security Consultant is to maintain, grow and develop the company clients, resources and technologies in the area of security by providing excellence in security consultation to clients and the company. Participation on implementation projects is focused on smoothing the transition of client on-boarding to production with service quality, timing and costs considerations.
Duties include pre-sales and post-sales activities, including but not limited to presenting GLESEC's services, activation of services for pilots, proof-of-value, proof-of-concept of production deployments, conducting security tests and assessments, conducting security technology evaluations, forensic examinations, gathering of client information, conducting security policy recommendations and development, conducting security architecture assessments, recommendations and detailed proposals and presenting these along with reports to internal as well as external clients in a professional and timely manner.

The Security Consultant must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing information security and technology issues to all levels of client and internal staff, on both a formal and informal basis. Additional requirements include client focus, industry savvy and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. CEH or equivalents is a plus. The Security Consultant should be experienced in shell scripting and have overall knowledge of vulnerability testing methods/tools, incident response, and forensics. Reporting to VP of Client Development Services - the CDS Manager for Latin America is responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals in the region. This individual is responsible for managing all sales activities and processes and implementation of channel and/or direct sales (as established by the Company) to drive overall growth and brand presence. The CDS Manager is also responsible for managing sales resources within the region in certain cases.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required. Previous experience in development channel networks and direct sales force in Latin America. Previous experience in similar position in Cyber Security in Latin America. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent persuasion skills, with the ability to identify and express value propositions and sell ideas. A minimum of 5-years' experience successfully developing prospects, building, and maintaining long-term client relationship. Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time. Fluency in Spanish and English a must. Fluency in Portuguese a plus.
