A BlackCat ransomware infection was found deploying a signed kernel driver to stay under the radar and avoid detection.
The driver ktgn.sys is dropped and installed by tjr.exe an executable protected via a virtual machine.
The malicious software contains multiple features including deleting and copying files killing processes and rebooting the system.
